I did very little talking along
the line. Arrive at Tumaco. Aug 24/10 A.M.
Mr Arizala says it is a botched

All night lay off Morrow Isle with
guns trained, and camp fires burning on shore.

War on - Could not have come through
frontier lines if we had tried to come via
Tumaco. Wm Jarvis not allowed to leave shore
to visit ship.
